Meena Jain is a programming librarian at Cary Library, Lexington, MA, who has always been a huge fan of authors and illustrators - she is thrilled to be in a position to meet some of the creators who have influenced her life. She is a lifelong reader, wife, mother, traveler and foodie. She is one of the coordinators of the Boston Kids Comics Fest as she loves comics (and kids :). She completely understands that books are the gateway for all people to understand and empathize with others and is so appreciative of recent initiatives to bring diverse books and comics to readers.
